The Mercedes Benz OM636 4-cylinder 42hp diesel engine was reconditioned on 1999 and has been regularly maintained by the engineer owner. It is coupled to a Borg Warner Velvet-drive 2:1 reduction gearbox driving the prop shaft through an Aquadrive flexible coupling. This and the prop shaft were replaced in 2004.

Fuel tanks were removed, cleaned and refitted in 2004, fuel lines were replaced, and fire retardant flexible lines fitted at the engine end.

At 2000 rpm she cruises at 5.5knots  and uses around 2/3rds of a gallon per hour. 

Her 30 gallon tanks give a range of around 250nm.
