Owner's Comments

My wife and I bought Bluecap in 2000, knowing she would need a lot of work. With the help of shipwrights at Husbands Boatyard (and loads of cash – it makes me cry), we have rebuilt her from the 2nd topside plank up. We have photos of her renovation and would be happy to discuss her with you. After 2 seasons on the water with her, we have realised that we needed a bigger boat, so have bought one and this is the reason for sale.

Her renovation has used the blend of old and new techniques, using epoxy pains for longevity, and traditional varnishes for looks.

She is a beautiful little boat, very stable and sails well.
