1993 New keel bolts and steel shoe to keel. 

2004 Port side replanked (see photos). New water tanks. 

2005 New wheelhouse, coamings and cabin top in steel. 
2005/2006 All new kitchen units, worktops and sink, new kitchen flooring (proper wood) and new wood flooring to main saloon.
2006 New boiler and central heating system. New mainmast and rigging. 
2007 New batteries. New double berth built into main cabin and new mattress. 
The engine has been maintained on a regular basis as can be seen in engine log book. 

The boat has been hauled, scrubbed and antifouled every year (Hauled at Ipswich). 
She has been painted every year.
