Insurance Survey

Dated January 1999.

This Report was prepared for the current owner for insurance purposes.

It is provided for interest only.  

Any buyer MUST rely on his own inspection and survey.

Note that 

all keelbolts were replaced in 1989 / 1990
The bottom was completely burnt off in 1994
the topsides were completely burnt off in 1998
The galvanised standing rigging was completely replaced in 1987

Since the survey No. 3 and No. 5 keelbolts have been drawn and inspected OK
