Bermudan cutter, LOA 30ft ( plus 4ft bowsprit ), beam 9ft, draught 5ft. 

Built by Perkins and Smith, Whitstable in 1947. 
Teak deck, carvel construction of pitch pine on oak frames. 
Perkins Perama 25hp diesel engine (300 hours). 
Self draining cockpit with teak grating. 
Tiller steering. 
5 berths in two cabins.

Below: 

Galley with stainless steel sink with electric water pump. 
Taylor's paraffin cooker (new) with two burners and oven.
Navigation position with chart table, seat (with batteries under) and instrument panel.

Saloon: 

One double berth and one single, cabin table, lockers.

Heads:

Separate heads compartment with Blakes toilet. 
Hanging locker opposite 

Forepeak:

Two berths forward with chain locker in the forepeak. 

Instruments: 

Navman: depth, speed and log, 
Sestrel compass.

Equipment: 

Lofrans electric windlass (new-needs to be connected), 
CQR anchor and chain. 
Bilge pumps (one automatic, one manual) 
2 heavy duty batteries. All berths have courtesy lights. 
All berth cushions. 
Boathook. 
fenders. 
masthead aerial and wind indicator. 
New SEAFLEX flexible fresh water tank

Sails: 

Main, staysail and jib (Terylene ) all good condition.

Rigging: 

Stainless steel standing rigging ( new 2000) new running rigging. 
2 Gibb winches, 
stainless steel guard rails and stanchions.

Comments: 

The hull has been professionally splined below the waterline by local boatyard (2000/1) new stem fitted at the same time. New rudder and fittings, new keel bolts fitted -1999. Surveyed June 2000 and all recommendations carried out, further satisfactorily surveyed in January 2001. Hull painted 2002

Work still to be done: 

Coachroof sides need to be replaced and new canvas covering to the coachroof fitted. Teak deck needs recaulking completely. Interior needs painting.

All invoices, bills and surveys are available for inspection for serious potential purchasers
