Here is a pocket cruiser that is ideal for the DIY enthusiast who wants to get sailing in his spare time. She has been neglected since her owner moved to the south coast. Unusually, there is a 'Half Tide' mooring available for this boat  for an additional £450 (subject to being unsold separately) 

Her interior need tidying and the outside a good clean up.  The keels need priming and the bottom antifouling. The trailer could possibly be made 'roadworthy legal' but has only been used locally for launch and recovery at either end of each season. The brakes have been long since disconnected.
