Heronwing is a sloop rigged Purbrook Heron built by Purbrook Yachts (now Rossiter Yachts Ltd) in 1960.  Construction is Mahogany on Oak, copper fastened, with splined seams. She has a Cast Iron keel and an Iron centreplate which were restored in 2005. 

She provides accommodation for two and when the wind dies a twin-cylinder 8.5hp Lister air cooled diesel engine gets her home. 

She comes complete with an Avon Dinghy and 2.5hp outboard.
