Hytta Var is a Pegasus 700 Bilge keel sloop built in 1979 by Pegasus Yachts Ltd of Lowestoft, Suffolk.  She offers up to five berths in two cabins. 

Mechanical propulsion is by Volvo (Honda) MB2A Twin cylinder petrol engine on a saildrive leg. A new Honda engine was fitted to the saildrive leg in 2004. 

She comes particularly well equipped, with GPS, VHF, wind generator and auto pilot, etc..
