The Otter 36, Julia Gee is a fine example of the Motorsailer marque, built by
E.C.Landamores of Wroxham, Iroko on Oak, to the design of J. Francis Jones, in
1968. She underwent a major rebuild / refit 1995 - 1998 and since then has been maintained
regardless of expense. Inside and outside helm positions give the best of both
worlds. Her modest sail plan allow her to sail in silence, when conditions
are right and, with the mizzen up, motor sail with a steady motion.
She comes with a good electronics pack including Radar, Chart plotter,
Navtex, Fishfinder and Autopilot.
Her twin 84hp Perkins diesels were fitted, reconditioned, in 1995. She
has a Vetus 4.5KW generator.
She provides comfortable accommodation for up to five, in three cabins. The Owner's
cabin, forward has twin berths and en-suite heads.
