'Mintaka' is a Waterwitch class sailing yacht designed by Maurice Griffiths and built in Rhodesia in 1967.  The hull is 15mm marine ply on Mahogany frames. Decks are 12mm ply, epoxy coated, cabin trunking is 18mm ply, and doghouse is varnished teak. 

She has a long iron ballast keel with bilge plates.

Tan sails by Osen Sails of Plymouth new 1998. Also Nos 1 & 2 jibs. 
All foresails hanked. 
Slab reefing on main.
