Mistress is a Swedish FANTASI 31/32, mahogany-on-oak staysail sloop, with 5-6 berths, built at Jacobsson’s Yard, Munkeby near Goteborg,
1972. Propulsion is by 25hp Volvo MD2B stripped and rebuilt 2003.
She has been beautifully restored to virtually new in 1993 by Peter Jacobsson and meticulously maintained in the ten years since in Scotland by the present owner, Derek Fabian – an experienced sailor [previous boats were a mahogany-on-oak Vertue for 12 years and a GRP Vertue for 10 years].

Only twenty one Fantasi 31/32s were built. Mistress was number 21 and the finest; built for his own use by Peter’s father, the well-known Knut Jacobsson.
She is a perfect cruising (and racing) boat with long cast-iron
keel. Mistress can cruise at over 6 knots and is a boat that will appeal to
the discerning sailor.
Mistress has for the last ten years been kept at Loch Moidart, Argyll; moored in summer and wintered under cover in a dedicated boatshed.
