Registered as a British Ship 1951

A beautifully restored 37'  Classic Yacht built by Curtis & Pape of Looe Cornwall in 1951 to a design by Frank W. Pengelly, which won the 1949 Yachting World Design Competition.

She underwent a major re-build when the current owner bought her in 1993

At her survey in 1994, after the re-build, the surveyor wrote on his invoice: - 
"I am green with envy, I think that you have done a great job. Thanks for the chance to have a look at her."

The hull is carvel planked of 1 1/8in  mainly best West African Mahogany on steamed English Oak frames

The deck is teak laid on 18mm marine ply.

The coachroof is sheathed with glass fibre and coated with non-slip deck paint.

The Silver Aluminum mast is by Sailspar.

She is undercover ashore but ready to launch with minimal preparation.

There have been   visitors to this site since 11th August 2000
