Palmena III is a 1972 Westerly Renown, ketch rigged, with a long cast iron fin keel, centre cockpit and wheel steering. She has a Volvo MD3 3-cylinder 36hp diesel engine and offers up to six berths in three cabins.

The engine has recently been professionally re-built and she has been fitted with new headlining and re-upholstered.
