Peppermint is a Dolphin 31 Sloop built in GRP by Rank Marine  International, Hamble, to the design of John Sharp in 1978.  She has a medium fin keel and a spade rudder. 

There are 6 berths in two cabins. Mechanical propulsion is by Volvo MD2030 29hp diesel Installed new in 2005. She has been very well maintained.
