She is a spacious, airy boat and easy to handle. She is in good condition and we had her out of the water in July for inspection, antifouling and shaft seal replacement. We bought her 3 years ago, have lived on her since then and to my knowledge she has not been chartered. Fully equipped – all you have to do before you sail away is bring on your food and drink. Probably the best way to get out here is charter flight to Dalaman Turkey, with or without accommodation. Or to Rhodes in Greece and a ferry to Marmaris. I will give you more details later. A word about Turkey, it’s a great cruising area. Regardless of the Iraq problem, Turkey is safer than Europe. We have not felt threatened in any way and we have spent most of the last seven years here and we intend to stay. The population is Moslem in the same way that UK is Christian and there are not Islamic fanatics on every street corner but you will find plenty of smiles and hospitality.
