Pointer is a Camber Sally Boat, Solent Fishing Smack built by Clemens and Sons circa 1920. She has four berths in the main cabin and a pipe cot in the forepeak. She has been substantially rebuilt with new frames, stem, keel and transom and many new planks.

Mechanical propulsion is by 10hp Sabb diesel.
