Normal maintenance  +
All items identified in survey
Rub down brightwork, build up bare patches and apply 2 coats of varnish all over
Remove loose patches of Antifouling apply 2 coats
Mount Radar antennae on Mizzen mast 
Fit See Me Radar target enhancer 
Fit swing out bracket for Radar/chart plotter display 
Fit new VHF Radio telephone
Fit new fuel tank sender unit

2008

Normal maintenance +
Fit new Lofrans anchor windlass
Fit new stemhead roller assembly
Fit new Boom crutch on sheet horse
Fit 2 new Murray sheet winches
Rub down and repair all brightwork including hatch coamings, lighting boards and wheel,  build up areas taken back to bare wood, then varnish all over two coats
Rub down main mast, mizzen mast and bowsprit build up areas taken back to bare wood, then varnish all over two coats
Fit copper anti-chafe band to top of Mizzen mast 
Service engine
reposition seawater strainer to above waterline
Fit additional diesel filter under cockpit sole 
Service  Rebuild cockpit drain system, rebuild auto bilge pump 
Fit new Stainless Steel mizzen mast heel and step
Replace hinges on cockpit lockers
Fit Bronze Highfield levers to Bowsprit whisker shrouds
Supply and fit Emergency Tiller arrangement
Modify seating block for Bowsprit - Fit leather gaiter in gammon iron
rewire port and starboard nav lights through index marine glands to allow connections below decks

2009

2010

Normal maintenance  +
Scrape back to bare woos main gaff and bowsprit, build up six coats of varnish
Repair lower mizzen mast by scarphing in new section
Fit new emergency stainless steel fuel tank
Rebuild cockpit after painting interior of locker space
fit new fuel supply circuit for port fuel tank 
fit new cockpit sole with access hatches for fuel tank valves
Re-leather main gaff saddle
strip and lap in forward heads seacock
Fit new solid Teak Gas locker 
fit all new gas piping to cooker with shut off valve on deckhead  
Gas system tested and certified
fit new runner wires on mizzen fit new standing forward shrouds

2011

Normal maintenance +
Chemical clean decks
Clean and buff topsides
rub down and apply two coats of varnish to main boom, mizzen yard and boom
Strip all upper works brightwork above deck level, sand all over to even colour build up eight coats of varnish
Fit new port fuel tank
