 | All screwed bronze fastenings at hood ends and garboards removed and replaced. |
 | Loose stopping removed from both above and below waterline, before applying primer and new stopping |
 | All seacocks serviced, new bolts fitted to engine and galley seacocks. |
 | LPG gas installation: Regulator replaced with new leak detector type. |
 | Engine removed, Valves reground and new valve springs fitted. |
 | Engine painted, Bilge painted, Propeller polished. |
 | Bilge pump hoses replaced |
 | Electrical up-grade to main panel. |
 | Cracked ribs scarphed in way of engine compartment. |
 | 3 no. steel floors in way of engine compartment removed, repaired, re-galvanised and refastened. |
 | New engine beds fitted |
 | 3 Keel bolts in way of engine compartment removed and new (Aluminium silicon bronze) fitted. |
 | Old deck canvas stripped off, decks refastened with Gripfast bronze nails, stopped over then treated with preservative, 2 coats metallic primer, then re canvassed. Canvas treated with red lead primer, then non-slip deck paint. |
 | All deck fittings either re galvanised or re chromed. |
 | All brightwork revarnished. |
 | 4 Bottlescrews replaced. |
 | Rudder shaft / tiller connection cleaned and tightened. |
 | New anode fitted and bonded to stern tube. |
 | Toilet removed, cleaned and reinstalled. |
 | Mast thoroughly inspected and small split in heel of mast splined, then treated with wood sealer. |
 | New aerial / Windex fitted. |
 | All rigging treated with Owatrol/varnish and served. |
 | Fuel tank removed, shot blast cleaned and painted with
Hammerite. |
 | Further to all this work, the surveyor paid a further visit to confirm that the work had been undertaken. |
