Sweden Yachts 45, Samphire II

Samphire II is a GRP Sweden Yachts 45, fractional rig sloop,  built in 2000 to the famous Peter Norlin and Jens Ostmann design. Hull, deck and superstructure of GRP. Hull end grain balsa core sandwich using fiberglass. Teak laid deck, 12mm, on GRP – extra teak covering to coach roof. Decks are 12mm teak - recently re-caulked - never sanded. Hull epoxy coated from new. She has many extras on the standard spec. Teak in cockpit. Cherry paneled interior joinery. Cabin sole teak (Varnished). Fin keel - Lead ballast.  Spade Rudder. The hull was painted in Awlgrip in 2009.

She offers up to seven berths in four cabins, has two heads, one en-suite with the owner's cabin. 
The forward cabin has a large double berth to port and an en-suite heads / shower in the forepeak 
In the main saloon there is a dinette to port with navigation table and desk to starboard 
Coming aft there is the heads / shower compartment to port 
Galley to starboard.
Right aft there are large double berths in both aft cabins. Port has doors to aft heads and main saloon; starboard has door to main saloon
approximately 7ft headroom throughout
