Owner's Comments

Scamp has served me well for over eight years and has been upgraded continuously over that time. The jobs last year included professional hull repaint and a new folding propeller and propeller shaft.

She is easily driven and is a 'proper sea boat'; with due care can make longer passages than most 26ft yachts. 

Over the years I have cruised most of Brittany  and the Channel Islands in her and have been as far as Biscay with no problems.

She is easy to manoeuvre in tight marina berths, has a light responsive helm and is an excellent sea-boat in heavy weather. 

I like the design by Peter Norlin has produced so much that I have bought a 30ft Scampi!
