Galley
The galley has twin stainless steel sinks with hot and cold water, chopping
board, "Force 10" Gourmet stove with three burners, grill and oven, Sharp
microwave oven, Engel refrigerator with ice-making compartment, large built in cool box
with Isotherm compressor refrigerator unit, mains sockets for electric kettle,
food processor etc.
There is copious stowage for food, drink, crockery and cooking utensils
The galley is well lit and well ventilated and has been the source of many
gourmet meals.
