Deck Saloon
Sea Orchid has a spacious Deck Saloon with internal helm to port and dinette
to starboard.
The sloping front windows are double glazed to minimise condensation and the centre front window
and centre side windows open for ventilation. There are also opening hatches in
the roof and at the aft end of the saloon.
The table is very rigidly mounted on two telescopic legs one of which is gas
assisted to make raising and lowering easy.

The table opens to double its stowed size, the helmsman's seat swivels round
providing comfortable seating for up to seven.

When lowered, the table converts the settee to a double berth. Curtains on all windows
provide privacy.
There are enormous lockers under and behind most of the seating.
There is both diesel powered (Eberspacher) and electric fan heating - all
thermostatically controlled.
There are grab rails everywhere providing a very safe environment in a
seaway.
The engine is very accessible under removable floor panels.
