The owner bought "Stardust" knowing Westerly's
reputation for quality and the Merlin's good sail
performance and ease of use. She is well balanced and sails
well under all conditions. She has been used mainly for
coastal and creek use on the Essex coast with the family,
usually with two or three on board but occasionally with
four adults and two children. She is very responsive and can
be steered easily under power astern.
She is a great boat for entertaining with plenty of space
in the cabins and cockpit.
She is regrettably for sale having hardly been used this
year due to health problems.
