This Steadfast 24 Bilge Keel Motor Sailer was built by Steadfast Yachts to
the Robert Tucker design in 1983 and has been substantially refitted by her
current owner over the last four years. She has inside and outside helms, up to
5 berths, a separate heads and a good galley. Her bilge keels make her ideal for
shallow estuaries and drying moorings.
Mechanical propulsion is by Volvo 2002 18hp twin cylinder diesel driving a
Volvo saildrive.
She has a comprehensive range of modern electronics nav-aids and even a
microwave oven and generator.
The Steadfast 24 has a good reputation as a sailing boat and the ability to
get inside, away from the weather, will appeal to many.
