Themlyay is a twin screw Hyland Class Cruiser built by Staniland and Co Ltd. of Thorne in 1939. She is fitted with twin Thorneycroft diesels, 1969 (Massey Ferguson Marinisations)

Substantially built of Pitch pine planking on Oak frames, it is understood that she was originally built as an auxiliary ketch. She still has the mizzen mast, but was converted to a motor yacht around 25 years ago.
