Improvements in Current Ownership

During the last fourteen years the following work & improvements have been carried out.

1. 1994 Stowe wind, Seafarer echo sounder & repeater plus battery charger & VHF installed .
2. 1998 Cutlass bearing replaced

3. 2000 New Gowan roller jib

4. 2000 new Garmin 128 GPS

5. 2001 Engine removed & two keelbolts under checked & one replaced.

6. 2002 New fire extinguishers installed – One powder automatic in engine bay & Two powder.

7. 2002 All anti-fouling removed & hull sanded & coated with five coats of metallic primer & then antifouled.

8. 2002 New Nelson Spinflow Cooker with two rings grill & oven

9. 2003 All varnish removed & timber sanded back to original colour & then varnished – all work carried out indoors by Bedwells Areas covered were Coachroof, Grab rails, Bowsprit, Davits, Rubbing Strake, Toerails, Capping, Hatches & Bulwarks.

10. 2003 New shore power system & RCD Box & various wiring replaced.

11. 2003 New Seaflex Flexible water tank installed.

12. 2003 New Eberspacher D4 Heater installed with outlets in Main saloon, Heads & Forecastle

13. 2003 Windows removed & re-bedded by Bedwells

14. 2005 Additional Domestic services battery installed

15. 2006 New Lofrans Cayman 88 Electric anchor windlass installed

16. 2006 All Standing rigging replaced
17. New 50 Metres of 40 grade 8mm calibrated anchor chain
18. 2007 Sails washed & overhauled by Gowan's Spring 2007 — No repairs were required.
